01 / The problem
I wanted to prove real-time/full-stack depth: presence, conflict-free shared state, and an edge realtime backend — not just a marketing page.
02 / The approach
Strokes live in a Yjs CRDT synced over a PartyKit room (a Cloudflare Durable Object); cursors and identity ride on Yjs awareness. Edits merge automatically and a snapshot persists after everyone leaves. Rooms are shareable by URL.
03 / The outcome
Open two tabs and draw together — a compact demonstration of CRDTs, presence, and serverless realtime at the edge.
